I’m sitting here, reflecting back on the last couple of weeks. I taught well over 30 classes over 9 days of the last fortnight, plus other classes here and there across the remaining days. These must have been the busiest weeks of all time, and I wanted to write a little thank you to YOU.
If you have ever attended a group class, a workshop, course, private yoga session, coaching series, talk, event of any kind – or even expressed interest in any of these offerings, I just wanted to say…
Thank you.
I’ve been teaching for over 4 years now, which simultaneously feels like forever and a millisecond. This wee business of mine may have my name on it, but really it’s all of you – my students, clients, community – that have helped shape Tali’s Yoga. Whether I met you for one class or you’ve been a regular since the very beginning, this mushy love note is for you!
I am a big fan of journaling currently, and I wanted to share an excerpt from yesterday’s entry:
“I feel so emotional, in love with life, at peace, just content and humbled and grateful. Which is pretty much anyone’s desired state of feeling I would imagine!
I’m in love with everything that’s going on right now. It feels in flow, it feels right. Total alignment. There is no fear, no worry, no anxiety or resistance or anything that does not serve. I just feel at peace. Content yet excited for the present and for what is to come.“
They say when you find a job that you love, you will never have to work a day in your life. Getting to share what I am so passionate about with you all has been a joy. Seeing you grow, expand and shift into better alignment in life as a result has been indescribably beautiful.
I wouldn’t be where I am today without you guys, and I wouldn’t be who I am either. As I deepen my ongoing studies in anatomy and spirituality, I’m also aiming towards my advanced teacher training in the next 12 months. I can’t wait to share even more with you all. It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with you all over the last few years. I cannot wait to see where this takes us!
All my love and gratitude
